Recently my husband and I had the privilege of staging and selling this lovely home...

My husband is a Realtor and I am his stager. I love being a team!
We helped this homeowner through the steps of selling and they got a contract in 5 days!
BEFORE
After some decluttering and packing by the homeowner, the room invites you in.
AFTER
It's miraculous what editing a room does for MLS photos!

The mantel was left uncovered to highlight the molding and the height of it.
Several subtle changes in here, can you spot them?

If you noticed, the dining room chandelier and kitchen knobs both got spray painted
in Rustoleum's Oil Rubbed Bronze Paint and Primer.
Some barstools were added to the breakfast bar and the "littles" were removed.

This master bedroom room just needed some better lighting and a bedskirt.

Less is more.

See what I mean?

Online, one couldn't tell what this room was supposed to be.
BEFORE
One full size blow up air mattress on top of some Rubbermaid bins and a rocking chair near the window,
creates a bedroom!

A office is made cozy.

If you're going to sell your home, not only does staging help, staging sells!
Why?
Because buyers can envision themselves living in and enjoying your house as their home.

If you're in Greenville or Upstate, South Carolina,
and are thinking about selling sometime soon,
you can get my staging services for ABSOLUTELY FREE
when you have my husband, Mark, with Keller Williams Realty, list your house for you.
He and I have a combined real estate experience record of 17 years.
Clock on the LOGO below to go to my site and CONTACT me.
We'd love to help you get your home staged, listed, and SOLD fast!

Beautiful job Leslie! Were those before pictures the actual MLS listed photos they used? Yours are much better and the home looks so much more inviting. All the subtle changes really make a difference!
ReplyDeleteThe house looks so much brighter and cleaner after you went through and worked your magic :)
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done!!
ReplyDeleteOh, too bad we are so far south. We had our house on the market with 2 separate agents for almost a year and barely got any interest. I have staged it to the best of my ability, the market is just crazy in Florida.
ReplyDeleteY'all did a bang-up job! So happy for the owners!
great , i want something like this, great tips tnx for share
ReplyDeletethis looks awesome, tnx for the tips
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference. We had our house for sale for 6 months. We took a couple months off and are relisting this week. Staging does make a difference. Ours is staged okay. The first realtor took terrible pictures. I haven't seen the pictures the new one took yet.
ReplyDeleteyea really what a difference it has made i love all the photo's but i especially love the living room looks so homely!
ReplyDeletethe way that all stuff is combined is so cool! great
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job!
ReplyDeleteI have the ability to look right past what people have in their homes and see the actual house, but I know I'm the minority. Especially when I'm watching House Hunters and someone doesn't buy a house because they didn't like the couch, that isn't even for sale with it lol
WOW you did great job!The house look wonderful, it's amazing how little touches here and these can change the entire look.
