Hello!
Welcome to Day 16!
If this is your first time to this series, I recommend starting from Day 1: HERE.

Let's discuss the front door area and the back door area today.

The front door area is where good or bad first impressions start.
Here's how to make fond and lasting impressions for a buyer:

Tomorrow, I'll be discussing how to enhance your foyer.
It will be Day 17!

I love all of the questions that you are giving me to think about and answer!
On Day 31, I'll be sharing all the Q & As with you!
If you can think of anything at all that you might be wondering,
write it in the comments below and I will address it on the 31st.

Thank you!

And now it's here, all the information from all 31 days of the series, in one book.
Just click on the book below to be taken to Amazon to get a copy for yourself or to share.

Happy Staging! Happy Selling!

  1. ooooh can't wait for the foyer day! We're getting ready to paint ours and I could use some paint color recommendations! Looking for something in the brown family, to make a strong but welcoming impact. Any suggestions? Was thinking Behr mocha latte.

  4. We have a small family room off the kitchen that is dominated by a brick fireplace. The home was built in the early 70's. The room size is 17' x 12'. I would like to paint the fireplace white or cream to make the room larger, but don't know if that is advisable.
