31 Days to a Staged Home :: Day 15, The Exterior

Hello, there!
We are half-way through this 31 day series!
Whew!
If it's your first time here, I highly suggest that you start at Day 1: HERE.

Let's talk about the outside of the house that is being prepared for listing to sell.

Remember that for Day 5 :: Buyer's Eyes
I had you take pictures of your whole property and had you ask yourself what you needed to do
to improve the impressions that your home has?
Well, over the next week and a half, I will be addressing how to make these before pictures
turn into amazing after pictures!

Today, you'll need a note pad and a writing utensil.
Go outside and stand at the curb facing your house.
Begin to make a list of areas that need improvement,
while asking yourself these questions about the exterior of your house:

Tomorrow's topic on Day 16 :: Entries & Exits.

Keep those questions coming!
On Day 31, I will answer them all!

Blessings and joy to you as you make your home!

And now it's here, all the information from all 31 days of the series, in one book.
Just click on the book below to be taken to Amazon to get a copy for yourself or to share.

Happy Staging! Happy Selling!

  2. We live in area that can be snowy or the landscape is just dormant and brown. I am clearing out the dying leaves and stems from the many perennials I have around the house. Any suggestions for snowy showings? My porches are really too narrow to put planters of winter greenery or red ranches that a friend and I discussed.

  3. Great tips, Leslie. Fortunately, I don't have to do too much outside! Thanks for making this process so much easier!
