Welcome!
I hope I can continue to inspire those of you that have been following along.
For those of you who have just found Goodbye, House. Hello, Home!,
I suggest starting at Day 1 :: The Plan, as each principle builds on the next in this series.
Today's topic is relatively straight-forward.
This post discusses what I always remove,
what I keep or add, and typical lighting I would choose for the homes I'm staging.
Tomorrow's topic is how to create front to back curb appeal.
It's Day 15 :: The Exterior!
I am answering your questions on Day 31: Q&A.
If you are curious about anything, leave me a note in the comments below,
thank you!
I hope you have a wonderful day!
And now it's here, all the information from all 31 days of the series, in one book.
Just click on the book below to be taken to Amazon to get a copy for yourself or to share.
Happy Staging! Happy Selling!
(My Home Staging Mobile after a shopping trip.)
I am following a lot of these series, but I am LOVING this one. There is a soft place in my heart for real estate! We will be selling out home next year about this time, and we would be THRILLED to get 150,000 for our home. Would you have different advice for homes that wont bring in huge bucks? (like the flooring post, for example)
ReplyDeleteEverything about your series makes sense and I enjoy reading it all. I have about five years to get this all done...
