31 Days to a Staged Home :: Day 10, Cleaning

Hello!

Welcome to Day 10!

If this is your first time to this series,
 I recommend starting from Day 1: HERE.

Well, if you've decluttered, you're ready to move on 

to probably the most labor-intensive part of staging, 

the cleaning.

The word "clean" is self-explanatory and seems simple enough,

 but, for readying a home, 

it is one of THE most imperative and best things 

that you'll do for your house.

The cleaning comes before the restoration 

(painting, fixing cracks, caulking, etc.),

so the repairs will be easier to do.

Once cleaned, these areas need to be maintained 

on the same level of cleanliness

until you get your offer on the house.
