Listen with respect
to the father who raised you,
and when your mother grows old,
don't neglect her.
(Mark and Miss S, October, 1990)
Buy truth—don't sell it for love or money;
buy wisdom, buy education, buy insight.
Parents rejoice when their children turn out well;
wise children become proud parents.
So make your father happy!
Make your mother proud!
Proverbs 23:22-25

What a sweet post along with some wisdom! Thanks for your kind comments on my kitchen. I don't want to confuse you, but I do have a friends who had her kitchen done the same with, but the island is red and she loves it! You can't go wrong either way! Linda

ReplyDeleteI left an award for you on my blog :)
Love the proverbs that you used here. That was an excellent choice. And I LOVE the tender looks in those pictures!! I would say that you captured Father-Daughter love perfectly in them.
